These general terms and conditions govern the terms and conditions of use and the terms and conditions of online services through the website www.gabook.bg, for short referred to as the "website", owned by GLOBAL ACCOUNTING BOOKKEEPING LTD, contact telephone number 0879 555 819hereinafter referred to as "Consultant" and any natural or legal person visiting or using the website to place orders for consulting services, hereinafter referred to as "User". By visiting the Gabook.bg website, you agree to the terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the site to place orders/purchases. These terms and conditions may be updated or changed from time to time, so please read the current version carefully before making any purchase.

The content on the Gabook.bg web pages is copyrighted, even including those rights not expressly mentioned herein but guaranteed by the Copyright and Related Rights Act. The Gabook.bg name, logo, corporate symbols and trademarks, as well as all content on the site, are the property of the Company and/or its partners and suppliers. No part of this site may be reproduced in any form - copied, distributed or used as photographs, text, graphics, services, for any purpose and in any media or computer environment without the express written consent of the Company. The materials on this site are protected by copyright and related rights law and any unauthorized use may be a violation of copyright, trademark or other legal rights. The Company reserves the right to publish advertising banners of any kind, as well as links (links) from any part of the site, in accordance with applicable Bulgarian law. The user may not use the site in a way that violates local or international law and/or the rights of others. The User may not upload or distribute any material that contains viruses or adware or similar computer code intended to harm the rights or interests of third parties. If a User considers that a communication sent to him/her in any way by the Company infringes any copyright or other right, he/she may contact the Company using the contact details available on the Site so that the Company can make an informed decision.

Gabook.bg protects the personal data of the user/customer, which became known to him when performing the service requested by the customer, and this obligation ceases in the event that the Customer has provided false data. Subject to applicable law and the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, Gabook.bg may use the Customer's personal data solely for the purposes set out in the contract. Any other purposes for which the data is used will be in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, applicable international acts, Internet ethics, rules of morality and good morals. Pursuant to Article 7 of REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, the User consents to his/her personal data, such as: name, address, personal unique number, telephone, email, IP address and/or bank account, being processed by the Consultant for the purposes of the services provided by the website, as well as by the accountants administering the services provided.
The user is informed that he/she can withdraw his/her consent at any time by sending an email to info@gabook.bg.

Gabook.bg reserves the right to change these rules at any time without prior notice. It is desirable that users periodically check this page for corrections and additions. Changes made are effective at the time they are published on the site. This agreement between Gabook.bg and visitors to the site shall apply until terminated by either party. Users may terminate it by ceasing to use and visit the Gabook.bg website and by destroying the materials they have "downloaded", printed or in any way saved from it. Users who violate the terms and conditions of use of the site will first be warned and in the event that they continue to knowingly disobey them, other measures will be taken to terminate access to and use of the Gabook.bg site and the services it offers.
